Returns & Exchanges

At Meermin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including the dust bags and any accessories, ensuring the shoe box is protected by an outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and drop off your package at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
