How do I determine my correct size in Meermin shoes?
Most of our shoes are built on UK lasts. We generally recommend sizing down one full size from your US size (e.g., a US 10 would be a UK 9). Please refer to our detailed size guide for specific last measurements.
What is the difference between Goodyear Welted and Handwelted construction?
Goodyear Welted shoes use a machine to stitch the welt to the upper and insole, offering great durability. Handwelted shoes are stitched entirely by hand, allowing for a thinner profile, better flexibility, and a higher level of craftsmanship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our warehouses in Spain and the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, brand-new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that Group Made-to-Order (GMTO) items are final sale.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
We recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Clean and condition the leather regularly with high-quality creams and waxes to prevent drying and cracking.
What are Group Made-to-Order (GMTO) items?
GMTO items are limited-run designs that only go into production once a minimum number of orders are placed. This allows us to offer unique leathers and styles at a more accessible price point.
